As a leading subcontractor in the field of the "fastening element" so important in the production process " ARNOLD & SHINJO is offering in addition to the "hardware" a wide range of services. For the development, design, and production of piercing and clinching elements Arnold & Shinjo is providing a competent team of engineers and consultants. They give support to the customer from tool and process development to prototype production. Tryout and commissioning are also part of the profile of services, like employee training and supplementary after-sales activities.

As a technical service provider ARNOLD & SHINJO can be integrated at an early time into the development and design process of new products. The fact is that only the design decision for the piercing and clinching variant is opening new economical dimensions for the user: Investment into expensive and maintenance-intensive welding plant is eliminated completely, and this applies also to the welding filler material. The process does not involve any vapours harmful to the environment or noise and leaves a clean surrounding afterwards. Cost reductions of up to 30 percent have already been achieved.
